GOOD SHEPHERD'S LITTLE FRIENDS PRESCHOOL OPEN HOUSE
Good Shepherd's Little Friends Preschool is having it Open House on Friday, August 28 from 4-6PM.  Little Friends is a Christian based education with an emphasis on kindergarten readiness and social skills.  Classes meet Monday thru Thursday from 8AM to noon for ages 3-5 and include 8 weeks of swimming lessons, music lessons by Fiddlesticks School of Music, Spanish lessons and private art instruction.  Cost is $220 a month and scholarships are available.  For more information contact Heather at 406-370-6397.

2015 ASSISTANCE FOR BUSINESS CLINIC
Lake County JSEC invites you to join them for the 2015 Assistance for Business Clinic Tuesday, September 1st, Ninepipes Lodge, Charlo.  Registration 7:30am-8am, Workshop 8am-5pm.  The Assistance for Business Clinics are designed to assist NEW & Established employers, accountants, bookkeepers, human resource professionals and lawyers to proactively prevent unnecessary claims and/or charges by providing updated reporting of state withholding, Unemployment Tax requirements, minimum wage laws, overtime laws, safety & tax incentives.  Cost is $40 per person or $35 per person for 2 or more- this includes lunch.  For more information  or to register contact 883-7880.

ST LUKE COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION DINNER
The 15th annual St. Luke Community Healthcare Foundation Dinner is on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Ronan Community Center.  Join us for a spectacular evening featuring a no host cocktail reception at 6:00 PM and gourmet dinner at 7:00 PM, along with live and silent auctions.  Your support will benefit charitable projects of the Foundation.  Tickets are $75.00 each and can be purchased by calling 406-528-5262 or 406-528-5324 for reservations.

POLSON FLY IN
Chapter 1122 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) will be hosting the 17th Annual Polson Fly-In at the Polson Airport on Saturday, September 12th and admission is FREE!  The public is invited to join pilots for an exciting day of aviation activities, beginning with a pancake breakfast at 8AM. Static displays, float planes, antique aircraft, experimental airplanes, & homebuilts. Concessions & Raffles will be available.

DAYTON DAZE
The Chief Cliff VFD/QRU annual fundraiser takes place Saturday, Sept 12. "Outlaws and Gunslingers" is the theme for the l05th Dayton Daze to be held at the Dayton Park.  Lots of activities like an open car show from 10-2, parade at 2, kids games 3-5, catered food from 3-5, free sailboat rides at the Dayton Harbor, Ladies Bazaar and Luncheon at the Dayton Church and Free wine tasting at the Mission Mountain Winery.  Raffles and silent auction with proceeds to the Chief Cliff VFD & newly established QRU.  For more information call Zoe at 849-5917.

LEARN TRIBAL TRADITIONS

Native American Awareness Weeks activities take place Tuesday, Sept 15 thru Sept 18 from 9AM-4PM at the People's center in Pablo.  This event is geared towards educating school children about Salish, Pend d'Oreille and Kootenai history, culture and traditions.  The activities and events are free and open to the public. There will be crafts for kids, native games and tribal language demonstrations.

MEDICAL BENEFIT DINNER
A medical benefit dinner will be held on Saturday, September 26 at the Sportspage Bowl and Grill for Victor Moldenhauer and Montana Bosker who were involved in a serious motorcycle accident. MISSION VALLEY CHRISTIAN ACADEMY CAR SHOW
The Mission Valley Christian Academy is sponsoring a car show on Saturday, September 26, 2015 in Polson, Montana at the Mission Valley Christian Academy located at 38907 Hwy 35. Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, registration from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM with the car show from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Entry fee is $20.00 and lunch vendors will be available.  This fund raiser is to raise the remaining $8,000.00 needed to purchase a school van.  All are welcome!
