A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM
Miracle of America Museum hosts "A Night at the Museum" every second Thursday of the month beginning at 6:30PM.  The Fourth Thursday program was miss dated on the quarterly newsletter so historical movies will be shown on both June 23 and the 30th.  Back by request, a reshowing of the Montana Centennial "Smoke on the Waters" documentary of steamboats on Flathead Lake plus a segment covering the Paul Bunyan, the only remaining logging tow boat of Flathead Lake, another short film covering early day logging in the area.  Time permitting a tour of the Paul Bunyan and related artifacts in the museum collection. JULY 4 PARADE
Please join us for the July 4th Parade in downtown Polson beginning at Noon. The theme this year is "Miracle of America".  Polson 's local legend, Gil Mangels will be the Grand Marshall.   Parade entry forms are available at the Chamber office or Click Here to open registration form Entry forms must be returned to the Polson Chamber office by July 3rd. The parade will begin at Cherry Valley Elementary School, Head down Main Street, turning at 3rd Ave and ending on the following block. MONTANA RIDE FOR HOPE FUNDRAISER
The Montana Hope Project will be coming to Polson on Saturday, July 9. This Ride for Hope motorcycle ride is the largest annual fundraiser, obtaining pledges from friends, businesses and caring individuals.  They will host a parade at 4:30PM for the riders, Hope Project vehicles and law enforcement escorts followed by a banquet at KwaTaqNuk at 6:30.  Cost is $20 per person for the banquet.  For more information call Dave Evans, 406-672-6585

The Flathead Lakers present the 2nd Annual Poker Paddle presented by Glacier Bank to be held Sunday, July 10 from 1-6PM. Cost is $50. Early bird registration by May 31 gets a $5.00 discount.  Players must be at least 18 years old.  Limited to the first 150 paddle craft so bring your kayak, canoe, paddleboard or other human propelled watercraft and paddle a 3.6 mile course, collecting cards along the way! ROTARY CHILI COOK OFF
The annual Rotary Chili Cook off will be held Saturday, August 27 from 10AM-2:30PM. Make sure you purchase your raffle tickets to help the Jr golf program.  Tickets are only $25 each or 5 for $100.  There are 6 prizes to choose from: $1000 in cash, $1000 in groceries, $1000 in gas, 300-350 lbs of cut beef, a wine cellar of a minimum of 60 bottles of wine or two 2016 season golf passes to Polson Bay Golf Course. Need not be present to win. Tickets are available from Cameron in the Pro Shop at the Polson Bay Golf Course.

POLSON FLY IN
Chapter 1122 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) will be hosting the 18th Annual Polson Fly-In at the Polson Airport on Saturday, September 10th and admission is FREE!  The public is invited to join pilots for an exciting day of aviation activities, beginning with a pancake breakfast at 8AM. Static displays, float planes, antique aircraft, experimental airplanes, & homebuilts. Concessions & Raffles will be available.

The 2nd Annual Harvest!-A Celebration of Local Food, Dinner on Main will be held on Saturday, September 10 at 407 Main, Ronan from 6-10PM.
