  • Every Thursday-Saturday, Live Music Weekly at Point Spread Lounge/Ricciardi's
    Ricciardi's and Point Spread Lounge feature weekly live music in the evenings, Thursday through Saturday. Ricciardi's features a new all-beverage license and has awesome drinks at reasonable prices. We will be featuring a new menu shortly so stop by and try our new recipes!   • Ongoing, July and August, Port Polson Players Presents
    The Port Polson Players present 9-10 productions each year; children's, youth theatre, community theatre and professional summer stock. These cultural events have a tremendous artistic, educational and economic impact on our area. Individual dates vary (we'll keep you posted) and summer stock always run July and August.

  • June 30 thru July 4, 2008, Vacation Bible School
    The camp, sponsored by five local churches, is open to students going into the first through sixth grade, and includes Bible studies, games, crafts and music, lead by the Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp counselors. No Fee is charged; however a free-will offering will be received each day to help with camp costs. Pre-registration strongly recommended.

  • July 4, 2008, Polson’s 4th of July Parade
    Starts at Noon, any entry allowed. Registration at 8 am at Linderman Elementary School. There will also be a fireworks display at the Fairgrounds at 10:45pm.

  • July 10, President’s Club at Wheat Montana
    President’s Club at Wheat Montana from 7:30-9:00am. The club is designed to be a forum where non-profit groups in the area can maintain regular contact and share information. All Board Presidents are encouraged to attend.

  • July 12, 2008, Chuckwagon BBQ and Boat Fun Run
    Chuckwagon BBQ and Boat Fun Run at 5:30pm at McCrumb’s Barn, Finley Point, Polson. Start the day with a five card boat fun run around the lake then finish at the McCrumb Barn with an incredible BBQ dinner. Take part in a live and silent auction with terrific trips and art items. Entertainment and dancing.

  • July 19 (9AM-6PM) and July 20 (10AM-4PM), 2008, 9th Annual Polson Main Street Flathead Cherry Festival
    This Family event will be held on the main streets of Polson with over 150 vendors. There will be everything from arts and crafts, food, live entertainment, children's activities, cherry spitting contest, homemade cherry pies, jewelry, woodworking to log furniture and more. Our local businesses will have lots of specials going on in their stores. For vendor info call Jackie at 883-5800. Registration deadline is June 15th.

  • July 19-20, 2008, 17th Annual Live History Days
    17th Annual Live History days at Miracle of America Museum. These two fun-filled days feature demonstrations by lace makers, spinners, wheat weavers, quilters, weavers, artists, blacksmiths, bead workers and others who also may let visitors try their hand at the crafts. A juggler who does balloon art will be there both days. Teachers in the 1912 one room schoolhouse have stories and activities both days for children young and old. Rides are given on many ol’ time vehicles including autos, tractors, train and military vehicles including the “tank”. Numerous old engines and tractors operate equipment including a feed grinder, rock crusher, shingle mill, can crusher, cement mixer and more. Saturday afternoon there is music from the Old Time Fiddlers and another group will play on Sunday. Plenty of food is always available. Kids can don helmets and have their picture taken in a jet or in the tank or in many of the “Kid Friendly” locations around the museum.

  • July 25-27, 2008, Flathead Lake 3-on-3 Hoop Fest
    Flathead Lake 3-on-3 on Main Street in Polson. 3 on 3 basketball tournament with 300 teams. All proceeds are donated back to the community including $1,000 to Chamber Beautification.
