NORTH, SOUTH, EAST, & WOOD
The Sandpiper Gallery presents a Native American Invitational Show highlighting the work of Native American artists Dion Albert (birchbark), Ben Pease (paintings) Sierra Pete (paintings), and Louis Still Smoking (paintings).  This show runs through April 4th.  The public is invited to come for a complimentary glass of wine while you view the vibrant art from the guest artists.  Reception will be help Friday, February 27th from 5pm-7pm at the Sandpiper Art Gallery.

FREE PUBLIC PRESENATION AT NORTH LAKE COUNTY LIBRARY
A local veteran will offer a free public presentation at North Lake County Library in Polson on Wednesday, March 4, at 7:00pm. The Program will focus on the highly acclaimed book "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien. Everyone is welcome and refreshments will be served. The speaker will be Sgt. Chuck Lewis, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran from Ronan.

Providence St Joseph Medical Center and the Western Mt Area VI Agency on Aging present a Powerful Tools for Caregivers six class sessions starting Thursday, February 12 and running through March 19.  Each class is from 9:30AM-12 noon.  The classes are free. ELKS CRAB CRACK
The annual Crab Crack at the Polson Elks club will be held Saturday, March 7th, 2015. Doors open at 5pm, dinner will be served at 6pm. All you can eat crab fest, steak option is available for those who prefer beef.  Tickets are $35 and available at the Polson Elks Lodge, seating is limited so don't wait!  Open to the Public! This event is a fundraiser for the Elks, they are hoping to raise funds for a much needed new roof.

"MEET HERMAN SCHNITZMEYER"
Miracle of America Museum will be presenting "Meet Herman Schnitzmeyer" on Thursday, March 12 beginning at 6:30PM.  There will be a display of his original photo equipment and life story by Dennis Kellog, avid H.S collector and historian.  A historic, educational and enjoyable evening is promised.  For more information call Gil at 406-883-6264.

STRUM & DRUM
Crown of the Continent Guitar Foundation and Salish Kootenai College Foundation present 'Strum & Drum' Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 7pm-9pm at Johnny Arlee/Victor Charlo Theatre.  This fundraising event is targeted at raising awareness for a new collaborative effort that will help build a music education program at SKC.  SKC will be promoting a beginning guitar class for next quarter, as well as prestigious scholarships for their students. ANNUAL FIREFIGHTER'S AWARDS BANQUET
The Annual Firefighter's Award Banquet will be held Saturday,  March 14 at the Polson Elks Lodge beginning at 6pm.  This year's event will be a Country Banquet, including a little country dancing 101 by NWCountrySwing.com. Dinner will include Steak, Salmon, and all the fixins! Tickets are $30 for 1 or $50 for 2. For more information or to purchase your tickets please call Mike Sisler at 260-5090. This is a great opportunity to support and celebrate our local volunteer fire fighters!

SPLASH
Please join us for the Chamber's monthly after hours networking event, SPLASH.  We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month from 5pm to 7pm at a different Chamber business. Our March SPLASH host will be 1st Citizens Bank, located at 213 1st Street West, Polson. As always, SPLASH is open to the public and free to attend. We will be announcing at winner of our Summer Memories photo contest at our March SPLASH.  We hope to see you there!

The Nesting Place at Providence St Joseph Medical Center will host the 3rd Annual Baby Fair will be held on Saturday March 21 from 9AM to 1PM in the first floor lobby.  There will be information about birthing options, postpartum depression, early childhood development, infant CPR, breastfeeding, pregnancy and postpartum exercise and infant safety.  Tours of the Nesting Place will also be available.  For more information call 883-5680.

PFI's 25th Annual Fundraising Banquet "Cowboy Ball" Friday, April 17, Under the Big Tent at the fairgrounds kicks off at 5:30 pm with No Host Cocktails and the opening of the Silent Auction and Raffles. At 6:30 pm a delicious Baron of beef buffet dinner catered by Max Nash & Hog Boss Catering. At 7:30 pm the live auction begins. 9:00pm live dancing music! PFI ANNUAL COWBOY BALL, BANQUET & AUCTION
Polson Fairgrounds, Inc 25th Annual Cowboy Ball, Dinner and Auction will be held Friday, April 17 under the Big Tent at the Polson Fairgrounds.  No host cocktails and silent auction at 5:30, dinner at 6:30, live auction at 7:30 with dancing to follow.  Tickets are $40.   Proceeds to benefit Fairground improvement and your donations are tax deductible.  They are seeking donations any type-large or small for the Silent and Live Auction. POLSON FLY IN
Chapter 1122 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) will be hosting the 17th Annual Polson Fly-In at the Polson Airport on Saturday, September 12th and admission is FREE!  The public is invited to join pilots for an exciting day of aviation activities, beginning with a pancake breakfast at 8AM. Static displays, float planes, antique aircraft, experimental airplanes, & homebuilts. Concessions & Raffles will be available.
