PORT POLSON PLAYERS PRESENT "FRANKENSTEIN"
The Port Polson Players in association with The Mission Valley Friends of the Arts present the classic and all-time thriller "Frankenstein," two weekends at Polson's beautiful John Dowdall theatre on the lake. The show runs October 24,25,26 , October 30,31(Halloween) and November 1 and 2. Curtain time is 7:30 for Friday and Saturday performances with 2:00 matinees on Sundays. A special showing on Thursday will occur on October 30th with an early evening curtain slated for 6:00. Tickets are $15 for adults and $14 for senior citizens and students. Reservations can be made by calling 883-9212 or by going to PortPolsonPlayers.com.  The cast of twelve includes pictured here, Kyle Stinger as the "Creature," Forrest Niemeyer as Doctor Victor Frankenstein, and Steven Alexander in the role of Victors' friend, Henry Clerval.

WORK $MART WORKSHOP

DOWNTOWN TRICK OR TREATING & HALLOWEEN ACTIVITIES
The Polson Business Community invites you to Trick or Treat on Friday, 10/31/14, from 10am-3pm downtown Polson.  Look for Pumpkin Posters on participating businesses.  New this year will be a costume contest.  Register from 10am-2pm at the Cove Deli & Pizza.  Participating business can stop by Jackie M's for pumpkin posters. The Pumpkin Painting contest starts 10/27/14 at First Interstate Bank.  Painted pumpkins can be delivered Monday and Tuesday, voting on Wednesday & Thursday, and prizes will be awarded on Friday, October 31st.  Happy Halloween from the Polson Business Community!

FALL MACK DAYS
The Confederated Salish & Kootenai Tribes will be sponsoring the 2014 Fall Mack Days on Flathead Lake with up to $125,000 in cash and prizes.  It will run September 26 - November 16 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  A fish fry for participants and their families will be held November 16 at 3PM at Blue Bay with the award ceremony at 4PM.  For more information call 406-883-2888 Ex 7294.

NINEPIPES MUSEUM CLOSES FOR WINTER
The Ninepipes Museum and Gift Shop will be closing for the winter at the close of business on Saturday, November 1.  A non-perishable food drive will be held Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1 in exchange for a tour of the museum.  Stop in and check out the end of the season sale going on through November 1.

Polson Chamber General Meeting and Luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th at the KwaTaqNuk Resort from 12-1PM.  State of the City will be the topic with Mayor Heather Knutson and Mark Shrives, City Manager.

Please join us for the Polson Chamber's Annual Awards Banquet Friday, November 7th, 2014 at the KwaTaqNuk Resort.  Cocktail hour beginning at 6pm, Dinner at 7pm, Awards at 8pm, music & dancing until midnight.  Tickets are $50 each or $500 for a table of 10.  Please contact the Polson Chamber for more information.

The annual Mission Valley Christian Academy Holiday Market and Family Portrait Fundraiser will be held Saturday November 8 from 9AM-4PM at the MVCA.  $55=20 minute sitting time with Family Portraits on a CD to use however you wish!
