Angel Care

Angel Care provides Home Care services to our local communities seniors, the elderly, and disabled. The Angel Care team works closely together going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure each client’s needs are not only met but exceed expectations. Angel Care offers compassionate and dedicated housekeepers, personal care aides, certified nursing aides, and registered nurses to provide the best care and companionship available to our clients. Some of the tasks we are able to do include medication reminders and vital checks, meal preparation, housekeeping/ deep cleaning, shopping and transportation assistance, bathing and personal care assistance, memory care/ Alzheimer’s support, hospice/ respite care, compression socks assistance, companionship and daily activities, lawn and gardening assistance, etc… Angel Care hosts a Memory Cafe on the FIRST Tuesday of every month from 1pm-3pm at the Polson Senior Center. A Memory Cafe is a safe and supportive environment for people living with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other forms of memory
loss AND their caregivers/family members! Angel Care provides activities, education, music, snacks, and conversation.
