• Managed IT Services
  • Managed services are slightly different than the normal IT contractor. This is a proactive monitoring business model that allows companies to budget for IT services. I actively monitor their computers, printers, network devices, security breaches, virus and malware threats, data breaches, patch management, and so on. This allows me to not only know immediately when something has gone wrong, but chances are likely I have can the problem resolved before the client knows it happened and experiences down time. I provide monthly or bi-weekly reports to outline resolutions and where improvements are still needed.
• Remote Worker Support
  • With a lot of employees working from home, I can support their home office equipment as well. I can also seamlessly and safely ensure that they are connected to their companies network and resources from their home (or the beach).
• Smart Home Installation/Maintenance
  • I am fluent in all of the latest smart home deployments to get homes all connected and working together.
• Structured Cabling
  • I offer low voltage cabling for new buildings, renovations, or people just wanting to move their workstation or TV. Data, phone, speaker, Public Address System, and TV cabling.
• Networks and System Security
  • This falls in with the Managed IT Services as explained above. I ensure my clients are practicing proper policies for data breaches as well as locking their internal network down so that no one can get in unless they want them to.
• High Speed Network Systems
  • This works in conjunction with Structured Cabling and Managed IT. There is a lot of old equipment out there that is only capable of I help my clients identify the problems and implement solutions.

  • I install audio throughout businesses and homes. Weather it’s a wired/wireless surround sound, or a hospital playing elevator music throughout the building.

  • I am a Level 3 Certified technician repairing all sorts of devices!
