Calling all boat owners – Join the 4th of July Big Arm Boat Parade. Power on over to the Boy Scout Parking dock in Elmo Bay to join the flotilla. Fly your flag and bring your water cannons to defend yourself from the shoreline inhabitants. The final destination is the Big Arm Marina. Show your love of this great country and have a great time doing it.
