Chamber Member Events

Attention Polson Chamber Members!

The Polson Chamber of Commerce is able to promote your event through a variety of avenues, including the use of our:

• Chamber eBlast, which is a weekly publication of upcoming events submitted by our members that is sent out each Wednesday via email. 
• Chamber Event Calendar
• Polson Chamber Social Media Accounts (Facebook and Instagram)

Chamber Members must have their events submitted no later than Tuesday by NOON to be included in that week’s eBlast. Events will be posted as they are received. Events will be posted on Chamber Social Media accounts as the queue allows, with priority going to those with the higher Chamber Membership Level.

**To ensure accuracy, please try to submit your event at least 2 weeks prior to your event**

To submit an event, you may now use the Chamber Event Calendar Submission Form below!

**When using the Chamber event Submission Form, Chamber Members are encouraged to submit images and flyers to be promoted along with their event. Please email images/flyers to chamber@focused-albattani.74-208-29-203.plesk.page and include the name and date of the event listing in the email.**

Members may also submit their event listings by email or mail. When emailing, please include CHAMBER EVENT in the subject line. Each event listing must include what week(s) you would like it included in eblast and the following:

• Date & Time of Event
• Location Name & Address
• Description of Event
• Host Contact Information
• Or a “flyer” that includes the above information in jpg or pdf

Member eBlast Policy

As a chamber member you are welcome to have your, or any member sponsored events published in the weekly eBlast.  Based on membership level, you will be given a fixed number of events per year to be included in the eBlast.  General – 12, Copper – 26, Gold – 52.  Any event beyond allotted membership benefit will be $20 for each eBlast listing.
