JOIN IN ON A 60 DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE WITH A CASH PRIZE!
Money – To participate, you must be a member of Mission Fitness for the entire 60 days AND you will need to donante a separate $30.00 that will be used as the cash prize at the end. Depending on how many players, we will decide if we can have 1, 2 and 3 place winners.
Weigh Ins – Competition Begins Thursday February 1, and ends March 31. LAST WEIGH IN FOR THE WIN WILL BE ON MONDAY APRIL 2. Everyone will need to weigh in the week of February 1 to get that initial number. Weigh ins will only take place at Mission Fitness so everyone uses the exact same scale the entire time for consistency. We will weigh in every other Monday. The schedule will be as follows: February 12, 26 , March 12, 26 . If you choose to weigh in initially and then weigh in at the end making a total of only 2 weigh ins, that’s fine.
Keep it fair – We will be going by percentage of weight lost so it’s fair for all!
Privacy – To maintain people’s privacy, we will not be posting your weight, however, we will post what rank you’re in and what percentage of weight you’ve lost thus far is. That way you will know where you stand in the game.
Food – You will be given a base line nutrition guide to follow. You will not be required to use it.
Please remember, this is about health, so there will be NO STARVING YOURSELF, skipping meals or working out 11 times a week. Please eat correct portions of healthy, clean food and get quality exercise. Do it the right way so you can build some good habits.
